The full paper manuscript template, manuscript submission checklist, and poster template for the 2026 Kyoto Forum are now available for authors whose abstracts have successfully passed the review process.

The Forum will include both oral presentation and poster presentation formats. Authors are kindly requested to prepare their final submission materials according to their confirmed presentation format. Full paper authors should refer to the manuscript template and submission checklist, while authors preparing posters should use the poster template provided below.

These materials are provided to assist you in preparing your full manuscripts and posters in accordance with the Forum’s submission and formatting requirements. Please download the relevant files below and refer to them carefully when preparing your final submission materials.

Please note: All posters will be printed in the standard size of 60 × 90 cm. Please ensure that the text and images have sufficient resolution and clarity.

The abstract submission period has now closed. Authors who were unable to submit an abstract by the deadline may still submit a full paper by July 20.
