KYOTO・2026: International Forum on Design Service & Social Innovation (3rd)

To assist all authors with their travel arrangements, the Organising Committee has prepared a basic transportation guide from Kansai International Airport to the Hearton Hotel Kyoto. Please refer to the guide below.

Please note that this transportation guide is for reference only. Routes, schedules, and journey times may change. All authors are advised to check the latest information provided by the relevant transport operators and plan their journeys according to actual conditions.

All authors are requested to submit their full papers/posters no later than 20 July. This will allow sufficient time for the Organising Committee to finalise the conference poster, programme schedule, and participant guide. Authors who require an extension due to special circumstances should notify the Organising Committee in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
